Actually I have a fair of my age, that whether or not I can get placed into a decent firm. Please help to guide.

Hey Everyone I have been working as an associate consultant in incident management for nearly 4 years now. I am planning to switch to a Business analyst role but am unaware of what all to prepare for. I am starting my preparation again next week. Any suggestions on what certifications or skills should be added would be really appreciated.
