Try traveling for work/leisure abroad, it will open thought process, you’ll about multiple paths in life, not a single path which is defined by parents/family
Try listening, learning cross-functional stuff, connecting dots is a very essential human-skill
We Indians (especially middle/lower class) with heavy academic backgrounds never see health as an important area of life. Trust me, you can earn all the wealth but health will help you to enjoy it. A short 5k weekly run won’t cost anything but will yield handsome returns in later years of life.
