  1. Start investing from day-1, even if it’s 500 bucks, multiple free resources available in simple language
  2. Try traveling for work/leisure abroad, it will open thought process, you’ll about multiple paths in life, not a single path which is defined by parents/family
  3. Try listening, learning cross-functional stuff, connecting dots is a very essential human-skill
  4. We Indians (especially middle/lower class) with heavy academic backgrounds never see health as an important area of life. Trust me, you can earn all the wealth but health will help you to enjoy it. A short 5k weekly run won’t cost anything but will yield handsome returns in later years of life.
  5. Sutta/Daaru - College tak kiya na to look cool, post-college nobody will define coolness with substance abuse. Don’t touch such things.

  1. Stop smoking. Have an accountability partner.
  2. Exercise. Doesn't have to be gym. Just do 5 pushups.
  3. Enjoy life. Splurge once a week instead of ordering Zomato every other day. No need for those regular small dopamine hits.
