In tech, its undoubtedly Postman for me. Love what they have done and the benefits and culture I have heard makes me want to join them.
Can you describe? Also a good place for non tech?
Postman is a product by itself which is an API platform. It is a stand-alone tool that creates, tests, designs, modifies, and documents API. The UI is ridiculously user friendly. As for benefits, apart from the regular health insurance, they cover dental insurance,therapy sessions and provide some kind fitness stipend.Also unlimited leave policy. Culture is super flexible and teams. I don't have much exposure to non tech startups.
