Today morning my ceo added me to company's insta group chat, wtf why?? That would be the last thing I wanted. We are a ~90 employees company and most of them follow me on insta now 😭., Should I follow them back?

Something i never wanted coz insta algo recommend my liked post/reels to my followers and this kills the freedom of me liking anything without thinking what if my manager see this meme which is on him 🤣.
