Work on own startup vs switch to another startup

So I joined a startup on Oct, 23(6 months completed). They are struggling to raise funds. From Jan, they started layoffs from ops and customer support, went to major cost-cutting: no tea, snacks, giving the floor to rent, restricting the leaves: like for leave, you have to get approval from HR and the CEO, not the manager. I'm in a tech team, and multiple products are lined up for release, so work is there, but ultra micro-managing. I'm getting opportunities but I'm not sure whether to switch or not. I leave my last job in 5 months due to their funding issue. That's why I'm skeptical to leave or not. Would love to hear advice.

I currently work for multiple startups freelancing make around 7_8lakhs a month Am planning to join my friends yc funded startup however I will let go of a few assignments since at this point am over working What would u suggest?

Hello folks, I am working with a startup (now acquired by a big fintech) as FTE for 1.5 years now (Full stack dev) , my TC is 18 LPA (14.4 Fixed + Variable) in a permanent wfh model. The reason I want to switch is that my tech team is very small (4 people) and there is no senior person in my team from whom I can learn something, thus my learning has become stagnant technical wise. Should I try and switch company or stay in the same for more time, considering the current market scenario? PS: I am a 2022 graduate.

After 5 years of working as a SAP functional consultant, it sometimes feels as if we are lacking behind in terms of compensation as compared to newer technologies like data analytics, data engineering, etc. Is it worth switching to such emerging technologies like analytics, big data etc after working in SAP for 5 years?

I have been working in this startup for around 1.5 years now, and soon I am going to be the only developer here, as the other 2 devs are going to leave soon. The company is now calling me to Bangalore. I am thinking as there will be no devs my growth will be very less, as this is my first organisation after graduation. Been working with a pre series A level startup for about 3 years being my first job. Paid about 20-25lpa for a full stack role. Engineering + product team is still single digit strength as we are not pureplay tech company. Had a great learning because of a good manager and 0-1 kind of work we did but I am starting to feel stagnated because of following reasons 1. We don't have anything like SDE1, 2 etc because there are very few devs. 1 manager and everyone else is an SDE. The company doesn't intend to hire more for at least an year.. so i won't see any title level promotion or any role that feels senior despite being around for a while 2. Salary. Want to know if I am behind the standard pay because i belong to tier 1.5ish college. Big tech seems to pay more for 3yrs workex as usually people become sde2 by then

I am 2022 passout 24 yr old.I have joined one service based startup after college for 6.2 Lakh.But Out of 10 months I was on the bench for 8 months so in that period I have prepared for interview and Got the offer of 17 LPA.Its been 8 months in this job , But from last 2-3 months my growth is stagnant and I got bored as their is not much work as well.So should I go for another switch or wait ?

I am working in a Pre Seed GenAI Startup (2020 Founded) as Head of Engineering (Team of 20 with 5-6 in Engineering, No CTO) It's been 3.5 years (3yrs Full Time + 6mon Internship) Previously it is in EdTech now in GenAI Space My CTC is 8 LPA + 0.45% ESOPs (10-12L in 25cr valuation). Skills: Nodejs, Nextjs, Monorepos, MongoDB, AWS, Serverless 1-2yrs ago we were thinking about scaling the tech team, etc but then that EdTech model started failing and then we went to a war time after that we pivoted currently also we are burning money revenue is there but very less (25% of the expense) I was of the view that I want to lead teams and scale products That's why I was there in the team It can be the case tomorrow if we scale but Now I am confused whether I should switch my job and or stick with the startup maybe the startup grow tomorrow or a big VC fund us to scale (as I have ESOPs) or it will just be a waste of time or opportunity cost Please guide 🙏 Anyone with a similar startup experience would really appreciate your help 🙏

I have Angular, DotNet, SAP cloud etc major experience in Startup as well as MNC. but still getting paid below 5LPA. I want to switch but past 1 year , it's getting demotivating feeling. I am unable to switch despite of leetcode, code chef etc.

Currently working in a startup and contributing in data science projects. Learning is good but a lot of time goes down in meetings and discussions and I have to do late night work. Everyday starts to feel like the same and I am not able to get time for extra learning to enhance my knowledge and tech stack. Also thinking of company change but most of them need 3-4 years exp to the data science team. 😭
