Roadmap for getting hired in Global Remote Companies

Hey Does anyone know what are the companies that are hiring for remote roles in Backend or software engineering in general? I tried many platforms but haven't received any replies apart from atlassian. Wanted to know how to get European startups and work from home 🏡 while staying in India. Was rejected in debrief of atlassian 🥲 Let me know if someone has a story too 😄

I have 6+ yoe with Android and I am applying to many posting from companies outside of India offering remote work on LinkedIn but I'm always getting rejections. They all have a generic response so I'm not sure if it's due to the resume or they in general are offering remote work but for developers from their country. Does anyone have any idea how to get a remote job for UK based firms? Or any other platform which has better success rate or any other strategy? TIA

So I have been looking for remote opportunities so that I can invest more (No rent), focus on health (less travel time more gym time), and travel (planning 2 international trips this year). For folks working remotely, please share your advice on how I can achieve this and if you guys have any suggestions for any of these topics, I am open for conversation. Thanks.

I have applied for more than 300 jobs. And didn't get back any response. These are the jobs which I found on linkedin in which most of them have more than 200 applicants. For context I'm a full stack developer with 2 years of experience currently working in a startup with a CTC of 7 LPA. I tried cold emailing and messaging in linkedin. I got two interviews after messaging directly to HR via LinkedIn. And I'm targeting less popular startups with less competition. Now my question is where can I find those companies And what's the best way to reach out. Also one final question, I'm a single developer in my company and I'm handling the tech alone make technical disitions, design databases, architect projects, and manage deployments. Can I point out this as a good thing? Will companies get impressed by this? And how much salary can I expect?

Apart from oncampus, What are your tips for a fresher to land a job.

I am starting up. I am looking for remote work opportunities in social marketing / growth marketing to bootstrap my startup. What are the best ways to land such opportunities? Would prefer to work with US / Europe based companies. If anybody here has had any success in landing such work, please share your story. Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hey fam, I want to know, if some of you were able to crack the code of Global Remote jobs? If yes, how did you found out about the job and approached? I have seen people pretty hesitant about saying how they found out the job. Don’t understand this. But will rant about this someday. *Wanted to ask here especially because this a pretty niche community of techies out there.

I am a fresher doing b.tech in cse, I don't have a job right now, my previous company declined thr joining due to which I was not able to apply for other jobs coming on campus. My friends got job somewhere, I feel very disappointed in myself and I can't see my family lower their expectations in me. Mentally I am not in the state to do anything, I think my life is falling apart although it didn't even start. I am lacking motivation, I cry all the times thinking what will happen now. My father is retired, he's getting old, I want to give him that luxury and things but I can't get success thay easily. I am struck at the lowest point in my life. Even my friends are not helping me. I don't share my feelings with anyone. I don't know what to do should I look for a job or start preparing for MBA or MS in USA. I know this point came in life of many people, please help out I can't see myself going anywhere.

Hi , I'm coming across various posts that people landed wfh job in us based companies. Has anyone any idea how to approach them ? Currently looking on LinkedIn for jobs , haven't got any luck I look for job posting on platforms and then trying to dm the company person for the refferal. Ppl seldom ghost me . Any tips how to find and approach opening in us based startup? I'm looking for product/ delivery/ project roles . Currently have ~2 YOE as TPM
