Hello GV friends, please suggest the names of some software companies that will pay more than 70+LPA base/cash for 15 YOE Engineer for senior engineering roles (Staff / Sr Staff / Principal Engineer or Architect roles). I have 8 years of experience split equally between a big 4 company where I worked as an internal auditor and healthcare startups where my roles were across business development and operations. I’m looking to move into management consulting/program manager roles in pharma companies. I took a huge pay cut to work at the startups. Any thoughts on what my salary expectation should be now? Is 40 lakh pa too high to expect?

I am working as data analyst in healthcare sector with 6 years of exp. However my payscale is as low as 8LPA even after switching the companies. I dont know whats wrong in healthcare corporate industry where they just dont want to spend money on employees but have revenues in billions just like any other IT giants, i see people in banglore having ~80LPA and here i am struggling to achieve 8LPA even after 6yrs with multiple awards and recognition from clients and having certification trainings completed. Please suggest.

What’s the realistic timeline to achieve 50-75 LPA in Bangalore? Currently on 28 LPA. If followed career progression of my seniors, it will take at least 7 more years in the same company to hit ~75LPA. Need guidance from folks who are making these figures. I believe this will help anyone and everyone who is in this path in life? Note: I’m extremely grateful for all the opportunities and my current life through help from mentors and hard work.
