What's Next?
Have you ever felt that you are bored with the job.... Sometime it feels what's next - the goal was to get a good job and earn well but after 2-3 years it feels what's next... The excitement is not there tbh that we had the first day. Anyone who has similar thoughts and how to find what's next...
Been there. Identify it as a rut.
I'd suggest exploring new options at same org or another. You could learn new things or take new roles. Talking to colleagues and seniors at work might give you ideas. All the best.
Your learning has evaporated, hence you feel the rut. There's nothing to stimulate you in your work. This is not totally about 'purpose' but just simple learning. Ignite that hunger for knowledge and you will find your way out of boredom.
