Inhand salary for 12.5 lpa in tcs

Can anyone from tcs tell how much will be inhand salary for 12.5 lpa (12 + 50k retention incentive)

Subtract PF, gratuity, insurance and QVA. Subtract tax Whatever is left is your inhand salary If you add QVA, that is your salary on 1st, 4th, 7th, 10th months.

QVA is dependent on your grade. For C2 grade, it is usually 100%.
