Myth or superstition idk what it is !!

So it's basically about when something good happens to you, like getting a new job. Do you believe in telling your friends or relatives in advance, before joining? Or do you prefer to share the news on the joining day through LinkedIn or some posts? The fear I have in my mind is that if I tell them in advance, I might not get the offer or something bad may happen. In the past, my 8 LPA job offer was revoked, and then I landed a 6.5 LPA job, but the package changed to 4 LPA. So I've decided not to tell anyone in advance about what's happening in my life. Does it happens with you or I'm overthinking much 🤔 If you think I sound crazy then do let me know how to overcome

I took the best offer I could get in the job market 3 months ago when things were gloomy.. I'm arguably getting paid close to market salary. But I see way better opportunities opening up recently and I badly want to apply. I'm afraid having such a short tenure in a company will not look good on my resume. Am I over thinking?

I recently joined an early age startup but that place was nothing what they told it’d be. So I decided to quit in 2 weeks. I now have an offer from a listed organisation and I am joining on Thursday. However, I haven’t told them about the last 15 days I spent at this startup and have submitted relieving of the last 2 orgs I worked with for 2 yrs each. Can there be a problem later?

So, my boss is an absolutely lovely person, and is the best boss I've had so far. Not to brag, but I'm also the best performer in my team, by a mile. So, while I do get my pats on the back, I'm also rewarded with more and more work. I love, atleast so far, what I do, so I didn't mind taking up more work, because I learnt a lot in the process too, and it helped my hone my craft better. Cut to now, I'm losing interest in work. Don't feel like taking up any new work, no matter how exciting the brief, or how great its potential. I feel like I'm burnt out. And majorly demotivated. What makes it worse is seeing this other member in my team chill the absolute fk out. He's hardly even given any important projects because of what a waste resource he is. I've also just been promoted. So, I'm not sure if I should share what's on my mind with my boss. My mind says I shouldn't, but my heart says it should be fine. What should I do about: 1. Telling or not telling my boss what I'm going through (because I'm scared if it'll come back to bite my later) 2. Me feeling extremely burnt out and demotivated. Background, I got laid off from an organisation and by god's grace I had a offer, which was not that good 10% decrement in salary, but me being a scared person joined the company. Now 1 month after I realised I can do much better and market seems to open up. What should I tell the HR in 2 scenarios. 1. I had already started Interviewing and haven't mentioned that I was layed off. What should I tell if I get selected? 2. If a opportunity comes to start Interviewing for seperate company, should I mention about ty current company or no? PS. The work in current organisation is not that good and it's a contractual role.
