WLB ka seekhne se kya matlab? Achi jagah jayenge to seekhne mein better rahega aur seniors bhi supportive rahenge to achi growth hogi.

More power to you. But remember exponential career growth comes from asymmetrical work, grinding 12-16 hours x 6 days, for the first few years would give you large returns later on. WLB early on seems great - explore, travel, hobbies, learn, but others who are hungrier for work would always be given more opportunities
