Cons: - Rising expenses over time. - Limited privacy and personal space 🛑 Flats— Pros: - Greater privacy and personal space. - Flexibility in managing expenses according to personal preferences. Cons: - Additional expenses for utilities, groceries, maid services, etc. - Higher overall costs compared to PGs, often by around 50%. Despite the increased expenses, transitioning to a flat has provided me with a sense of peace. 🟢
