Looking for job

Hey guys, I have two years of backend experience and currently working in a Intex start-up. Right now. They are paying way below the market standards and they are trying their best to hold our bonuses this year. I heard some conversations in the boardroom that how they’re planning to hold of our bonuses. All the top goers are planning to leave the company this year and the companies due to shut down soon.
