Anyone here working at Project44 ?

Have heard mixed things about the company. It doesn't have good reviews as seen on Glassdoor, but some people say it is just like any other fast paced startup environment, complete ownership of items and 9-10 hours of work a day. Wanted to hear your thoughts on it.

I am interviewing for Adani Realty and I cannot understand how they are operating. They took 2 rounds, in the 2nd round changed the profile for me, didn’t share much details about the 2nd profile, gave me an assignment more in line with the 2nd profile and now aren’t confirming the 3rd at all. They said they liked my assignment and when I asked if the first profile was still open, they have just gone SILENT on me. I don’t know what to do, I’m looking for a job and it’s been such an exhausting process. :(

How is the work culture at Zepto in terms of WLB etc? Also any chance of layoffs or is it doing good compared to instamart and blinkit?

Attended an interview for a startup where they said all was okay and agreed to rollout the offer letter and last minute told hiring freeze. This is for an entry level role. Cannot name the company as I can get identified. Fintech startup. Their payscales in glassdoor were showing high base for entry level roles in Business Operations. How do we make sure that recruiter does not ghost us . What are the strategies we can use to get the offer. These days, every recruiter in first call itself asking about salary expectations.

There is not much information out there. They are not on levels.fyi Can anyone share the details of their salary bracket for L4 and L5 ? And yes, let’s leave aside discussions about the name.

Recently interviewed with https://kutumb.app/ for an EIR role as they wanted to enter into an entirely new industry. Had a super pro max awful interview experience! HRs and interviewers just waste candidates' time. Call endlessly to schedule an interview and then ghost without even sharing the status of the interview or any feedback!

Around a month ago, HR called to ask if I was interested in the APM role. After following up multiple times for the interview, they said the hiring manager didn't like your profile. After 2-3 weeks, different HR reached out, saying they want to conduct round - 1 for the same team. The interview happened, and I reached out to HR after 3-4 days for the next steps, but she kept cutting my calls and completely ghosted me. I reached out to another HR, and she said the feedback on the portal was that "experience is not enough." I was pretty disappointed as while conducting interviews, HRs reached out to me so many times, but they couldn't even send an automated email for feedback. But it didn't end there. The HR who ghosted me called again after a couple of weeks to schedule round 1 with another team. The interview went well, and the interviewer asked me about my availability for round 2 and when I could join them, etc., saying we would try to conduct the next round soon. When I reached out for feedback, HR kept saying I'll call you later. I'm busy right now, and then they ghosted me. After following up multiple times, she said the feedback wasn't positive. I hoped for round 2 here since the interviewer seemed convinced and contented with my profile. Now, just because I reached out 10s of times, they told me that I have been rejected! How much time does it take to send an automated email? :/

Daily I see some posts on some senior engineering people joining rippling. It may be some Senior engineer or Senior Manager. I heard they are paying almost US level salaries to people. Can some people from rippling confirm these ? - Is there really that much requirement ? - Are they really paying 1Cr above for staff and Em levels ? - Is the company generating good revenue? - Are they moving teams from US to india ? - Howiz the work culture in the company? Am just really curious about this organisation.
