What’s the next step for me?

I want to move on from this role as there is no learning at all from a tech point of view and feel like it's a dead end ahead. Any pointers on how I move on? I Have ~3 years of experience in this field. Any help would be much appreciated.

Is there a way to come out of current company, since notice period is 90 days, not able to get job offers easily(almost nill), every recruiter is expecting joining within 30 days. Not able to manage finances with current salary and at the same time unable to switch. For qa automation role more than 10 years experience. Kindly provide some suggestions.

I have over 15 years of experience working in IT and feel stuck here with no growth. At this juncture I am worried if I can get any offers outside as my skills are not great and I feel someone with around 5 years exp can do. Most of the work I did is a middle man work between business and developers either a lead or manager etc. any suggestions? On what path should I choose?

I am 24 grad ( btech ) . Joined a company as a intern in 4th year . 9 months they gave training as etl pipeline and sql ( not Interesting but not bad also ). So after internship , I got converted but I then transfered to qa team of a different project. They told That I need to do manual testing for 6 months. I asked the reason , they told that for now they couldn't get approval for a concrete role for me for data engineering. I feel like resigning but I don't have offer . What to do ?

Having almost 6yrs experience with single digit salary 😭 every friend and colleague are making a killing every recruiter I speak to just offer x% over last CTC but not the amount I ask stating budget issue. This is taking a toll on my mental health unable to focus on up skilling / working in current org plz help not sure what to do.

In 3 months, I will get 4 years experience in software testing field. Previously I worked in a company for 1.5 years as a software tester and in last 2.3 years I'm working in Infosys. I have knowledge in java, python, selenium, testng and soapui testing. I also worked as a manual testing. I worked in JIRA and agile methodology. I'm good at manual testing too.. My current CTC is 5.65lpa. Shall I expect 12lpa in this current market as a 4 year experienced software tester? Is it possible? Let me know if any company can give 12lpa for 4 year experienced software tester.

I have 2.5 years of experience in software testing in selenium with java. I have been trying to switch for the last 2 months but I am not getting any calls, I am applying to different posts on naukari and LinkedIn. But still not getting any calls. Is this happening because my current organisation has 90 days of notice period?
