Amazon Senior BIE (BIE 3) L6 Offer Expectation?

How's the yearly Amazon appraisals like for an L6 BIE 3? Talking specifically about India. Thanks in advance :)

Currently working with a CTC of 6.8 , started at 3.37 at TCS. What should i expect my salary to be considering I have a total of 1.9 (1.6 TCS + 3 Current) years of experience and have good performance in both previous as well as the current one.

I have 6 years experience. My current base/fixed is 60 LPA. (I also got a 5 lakh bonus and 5 lakh of my ESOPs vested this year making my total vested about 30 lakh. So the total comp is 70). I'm being offered a senior engineer position in an early stage startup (as part of the founding engineer team). They haven't given an offer yet. Being early stage, the emphasis will most likely be on ESOPs. How do I evaluate this and set my expectations? (If I were to switch to a mature company, I believe the hikes usually are between 15-20%? How does this work for early stage startups?)

Can't find the salary trends of this exact role anywhere but it is a role that officially comes under Management division but functionally, it is a IC Data Scientist role. YoE: 6.5

HR mentioned Payrange: 2-3Cr I get mixed reviews from people so asking again for BLR folks: 1. Amount of focus on coding round vs system design? 2. Amount of leet code preparation? 3. In the interview Is the focus more on leadership or knowing deeper tech nuances? 4. What’s the payrange I can get? 5. Is google L7 equivalent of amazon L6? Levels.fyi has split so not exactly sure. I am looking for responses from people who have actually gone through similar experiences rather than “I heard from my sources”.
