Are design agencies or marketing agencies any good to graphic designers?

Hi, I am currently working as a graphic designer at a company in Bengaluru It is my first job, and I a learning a lot from there but web development is what gives me that kick. Right now I am 21 and money is not an important factor for me but after 3 to 5 it will be and I don't see getting a good salary where I am currently working. It's been 7 months I haven't received a single increment whereas my responsibility has been increasing significantly. I have been coding for almost a year and still working on it after work. Right now I am very confused should I devote my time completely to coding, I am not from an engineering background does it make it harder to get job in that field.

I'm currently interviewing for 2 companies, 1st one is Deloitte and another one is a seed stage startup that has a potential to make it big ( I'm assuming). The founder is super nice and I'll be working with him and a product engineer. What are the pros and cons of working in both the companies? Ps- I'm having an experience of working as a ux designer in a design agency for 2 years

What would you choose between a job at a startup in Bangalore or at an agency in Goa? for context- I’m a marketing fellow and This would be my first full time job. the salary offered is the same. given the pros and cons of both the situations, unable to decide between the two offers. should i go for comfort in goa and quit after 7-8 months or choose the startup role and struggle initially to get a comfortable role later?

Hi fellow designers, I am a brand & graphic designer who worked at a smaller design studio for the last 5 years or so. I am now looking to join an in-house brand team in a big start-up/corporate. In my previous company, since it was a smaller design studio, I was getting paid less compared to what startups and corporates pay their designers. Hey guys, I'm working as a UX designer in an Design agency. So over there i used to work from research till wireframes for each projects, like i don't have hands on experience doing the UI part. Is it okay if i just learn how to design stuffs using existing design systems? And also could anyone suggest me some good companies which have good design culture in hyderabad or remote! I’ve have worked in startups all through my career but am now getting lured towards working on the agency side to get an opportunity to work on much bigger brands but I’ve been going through some career pages and OMG, how are they still paying peanuts to even Senior Copywriters in metropolitan cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore. It’s insanity. Or maybe I’ve just tasted the zirp startup honey. I am not opposed to taking a pay cut for a year or two if it results in compounded growth, but do you all feel like it’s worth it? How much are avg 26-28 y/Os earning at any kind of agency model?
