Do you think the ruling government should take responsibility for the current job market? If yes, how? If not, why?
Applicable for tech market for both freshers and experienced.
Does that mean the hiring bar us high in us? I simply don't understand, like these people were studying with me and they didn't know shit and you don't get enough time in us to ramp up skill levels. So is it that basically it's easier in the USA?
I don't know how many years of experience you have.
But here is a piece of advise from a long time.
More than skills what matters more is luck and timing. Remember this you will have a more satisfying career.
If you see someone succeeding without skill, just tell yourself you will also have a time when luck will work out. And when you do, remember thee will be someone complaining that you got promoted or migrated without enough skills. Immaterial of how much hard work you put in.
I understand that but the disparity is nuts, also sometimes even gard working folks don't get chance here but get in abroad
The ms route!
Yeah even I have seen that happen I have seen peers from my college land job at faang ( Amazon especially ) after an ms where as in India they weren't able to get job anywhere apart from witch companies
Luck, timing, good soft skills. Also, they might not perform in the hellhole that Indian orgs are but thrive with autonomy and control that a lot of American orgs give.

Should we go to USA for better life?? Even if we have job in india with 25LPA.
And get shot by a white guy screaming "go back to your country"
I'm talking about HR field specifically, Is it possible for a fresh graduate with internship experience to get a job abroad? If yes, how to apply and where to start from ?
