Can someone explain why even people who aren't able land aby decent position here, end up in really good profiles in USA?

Does that mean the hiring bar us high in us? I simply don't understand, like these people were studying with me and they didn't know shit and you don't get enough time in us to ramp up skill levels. So is it that basically it's easier in the USA?

I don't know how many years of experience you have.

But here is a piece of advise from a long time.

More than skills what matters more is luck and timing. Remember this you will have a more satisfying career.

If you see someone succeeding without skill, just tell yourself you will also have a time when luck will work out. And when you do, remember thee will be someone complaining that you got promoted or migrated without enough skills. Immaterial of how much hard work you put in.

Luck, timing, good soft skills. Also, they might not perform in the hellhole that Indian orgs are but thrive with autonomy and control that a lot of American orgs give.
