Can we call our managers on Holidays/ Weekends?

Yes we should - Just have to reciprocate equally no to their calls on our holidays ;)

Assuming, the manager has company's communication software (slack/teams) logged in on their personal device,
if the texts were that urgent to respond to, your Manager would have acknowledged/replied already.

If they don't use slack etc. on their phone, then yup if it's that urgent you can call

Drop a message, if s/he responds continue else chill pill
