Can we tell about our offer in hand while interviewing? What reason to tell when they ask why you're interviewing with an offer in hand?

Don't tell the company name, ever. You can share the salary break up if needed.

When asked why you want to join them even though you have offer, tell them other company is a startup , not much brand value, etc etc.
