Can we withdraw the PF amount after 2 months of unemployment?

I have read somewhere that after 2 months of unployement, we can withdraw our PF amout. Is this true ? If yes, can someone guide on the process of withdrawl and everything around this ? This would be of great help to me 🙏 Thanks in advance !
