Okay, so basically, you will get around 2 lakhs in hand every month after deductions. 3.3 LPA would be variable in your CTC. As far as I know, Capgemini variable pay is reliable; they give it as a performance bonus most of the time, but you will get the money.

On 33 LPA, your in-hand salary should be around 2.5 Lakhs per month. Aur as far as I know variable pay in Capgemini is paid at the end of the year. Ab zyada toh mujhe bhi nahi pata, you can use the salary calculator. There you can calculate the variable pay as well.

I think variable pay in Capgemini is paid at the end of the year. On 33 LPA, your in-hand salary will be around 1-2 lakhs per month. Ab tax deductions kya hoga uske upar it depends.
