Career Question - Program Management

Hey y’all!

Have a curious question about my career domain.

I got chance to work with multiple teams in multiple domains through out my tenure at my company.

I have experience of seller support for 1.2 years, then got into program management and stayed for 1.5 years in that domain. Then I got a chance to work as a QA tester where I did 50% testing and 50% program management work for 3 years.

So when I apply to new companies now, is it safe to consider I have 4.5 years of experience in program management?

Thanks in advance folks.
