I have 2 years of experience as APM, interviews were of moderate difficulty i would say, just prepare for basic PM interview questions like guesstimates, RCA, Product Design

Interviewed for SPM. HM intro call --> director of PM(product sense + strategy) --> director of PM(product design + strategy+ small case) --> HM round again. No specific rounds like Flipkart or Razorpay, past exp + general PM interview.

Sample Questions:

  1. Paytm upi payments is stagnant/decreasing, what's the reason? What will be your strategy to increase the same?
  2. You're a PM at Uber. How will you launch uber for large groups(>6 folks)? Why, how and what.

Interviewed for a Sr. PM role.
Unless you’re looking for a role urgently and nothing else matters than money, I’d suggest to look elsewhere. Not only was the interview experience shitty(the person literally said vibe doesn’t match 15 minutes into the call), but none of their senior management is open to feedback
