Microsoft L62 budget

Hey people

I'm on the verge of receiving an offer from Microsoft for an SDE2 L62 position, despite my roughly 7 years of experience. Would this level be appropriate, or should I consider negotiating for an L63 position? Additionally, could you provide insights into the maximum budget for L62, including base salary, variable pay, and RSUs? My current base salary is close to 50 LPA with no other components. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

This is terrible. I think along with this they must be offering some great stocks at least give a hike on your CTC.

You can check on levels, 50L base is near top end of L62 however.

Try negotiating for L63, if they agree, you'll have a bar raiser (hard) round.
