Checklist of things to keep in mind before last working day

Approaching my last working day for my first switch, wanted to know what all to keep in mind.

Also what shady tactics of WITCH managers to avoid.

Don't get your last working day extended on Manager's request, no matter what. Don't burn bridges. Sort out all finances, reimbursements and make copies of all forms that you sign for your records.
