Chrome's security against phishing attacks?

This is the first time I've seen this security feature. To make it possible, it must rely on analyzing a large volume of user data, right? If that is the case, I don't think open-source browsers like chromium can support this feature, am I right?

I think they can still do it by not linking incoming data to a user, just keeping it for analytics

Chrome Autofilling OTP

Just found this really interesting feature - If I have an OTP verification going on at desktop chrome browser, chrome on my phone sent the notification to autofill the OTP and it worked.

My mom dad usually forget their email, internet banking sometimes atm card’s password. I also forget lot of passwords of emails, internet banking etc… Are any good password managers available for free?
