How is the work culture now at Cohesity? HR said it has gotten better compared to last 1-1.5 years since we are now a larger firm. Also, HR quotes 30$ per unit for esop. Is that realistic?

This is a 33% increase - total 2 yoe, including 1 yoe as APM. HR rolled out 23 + 1 (JB) to consider startup ESOPS, but changed back to 22LPA because did not get degree from premier tech institute. Thoughts?
