Indian companies are not trusting their employees with wfh and there is no chance for 4day work week
Agree. We are competing with countries where 6 weeks work week is common.
Not sure if 4 day work week will work for the IT companies since clients expect us to be available 24/7

Is it common now to work 9x6 hours/week? I’ll be pursuing a course simultaneously, should I incorporate according to that or search for 5 day work week? Can you list companies working 5 days/week?
