Content Moderation Lead salary

Hi. I have worked in Zomato's Neutrality team for about 2.5 year and I switched to another food tech startup in August. My designation is in the post title. Since the product just launched in November, I'm the only person in this team RN.

My KRA's include

  1. Setting up the content guidelines, moderation SOP and moderating content
  2. Identify bugs and UX issues, and solve with the product team
  3. Setting up new features for the platform - working on gasification and cross-posting RN

I am wondering what is the salary for such a role in the market.
