Been closely watching the startup sector and I’d like to understand how do creative people fit into start up organisations?
When I say creative I’m referring to:-
- Filmmakers
- Photographers
- Producers
- Strategists
- Writers
Are they given other responsibilities as well? If yes, what kind?

Creativity isn’t just in the few domains you have mentioned. Writing a great code and developing a great product is also creativity.

They don't. Creatives are still treated as outsiders mostly and largely misunderstood. Top 5% has enough contacts to get steady revenue, others struggle in jobs that don't pay enough.
