Acko hired a bunch of folks of Ola. If there is one unwritten rule of thumb is startups , it is this - just avoid Ola alums .
Ex ola has screwed up the culture there🙃. I would join only if I have absolutely no options

I have experienced an ex-Ola Manager first hand and made me quit within 30 days.

It’s quite good actually + competitive pay. Know multiple folks who’ve worked there but they all mentioned ACKO rewards long-term behaviours (read: they want you to stick around) but take care of their folks.
