How will you provide service to a hardcore vegetarian (brahmin)? As there will be non-veg food cooked, how will you segregate for vegetarians to prevent contamination at any point?
So we are in the process of setting up a separate kitchen floor with completely different setup for pure veg options. In fact we are in the process of hiring a pure vegetarian chef as well. Until that is done we don’t make any such claim of being pure vegetarian. And it is throughout disclosed to our customers that in the same kitchen veg / non veg is prepared.
