Tax paid on Income

Now it is fetching your savings account, fixed deposits, mutual funds, stocks everything. Earlier these details were not fetched and we could just hide those earrings from the IT portal to pay less tax. Now we need to pay those extra tax too 😡 this year I had to pay 17k extra tax due to this.

I just want to vent out! Many businesses are earning double than me and paying less than 50% of tax and yet here I am as a professional bound to pay tax. And that’s not enough, I still can get audited!

Salaried people are the biggest fools in this country. Am starting to feel politicians are hell bent to run this country into ground. Rice exported in last fiscal was USD 164bill. ZERO TAX. Taxpayers, at least, deserve a seamless ITR filing govt portal that doesn’t require hours of frustration, only for the website to crash unexpectedly. Now, I have to pay an extra 18% GST to a third-party ITR filing portal. “Additional tax for paying tax”🤣 #Budget2024 #Mercy

Alert: a rant post Today I saw my payslip after a long time and WTH! I don't know what they'll take once bonus comes in. Paying this much for no water, bad air, corrupt babus and all those douche things. As much as patriotic I am, this is just insane. On top of this add all the GST and sheet ton of other indirect taxes. Living in India and paying like Europe. Wow!

Hey folks People who are earning 45-50 lacs salary ( in cash ) how much tax are you paying? Which regime did you choose? What are you doing to save taxes ? I really want to save on taxes so looking out for some suggestions from amazing people of this community. 😀
