I am confused seeing you confused .. clearly Zomato. Better base pay, higher ESOPs ( liquid too) and far better brand name compared to other two
Ah right, but i have heard they fired people at upper pay levels to hire freshers just for cost cutting. How far can i rely on them just so it doesnt happen with me is my only concern
You can never know, and that's the case of all startups. I got told we have runway for 2 years but then got laid off the next month to be replaced by an intern. FML.
Go for Zomato. While in Zomato, keep your resume ready (add projects and what not). Prepare and be ready to interview whenever required. Times are unreliable and tough.

Asking for a friend who'll passout this year. He has full time offer from Zomato, Bangalore and Oracle(currently interning at Oracle). CTC-wise there is not much difference except year end variable performance bonus of 5L in Zomato.
