From TCS System Engineer to Data Analyst

Hi I have been working around past 2yrs in TCS I have worked in Python domain and I like EDA stuff with python How can I make a switch to a data analyst profile and what % hike can I expect after 2-3 YOE if my current CTC is appx 8-9lpa Thanks

I have total experience of 6 years, 3 of those are at TCS as a Senior Process Associate (BPS). I have been learning skills required for transitioning to a career in Data Analysis. Should I try for jobs outside TCS or within TCS? Which one would be more easier? Also, if I choose TCS would there be a salary hike?

I am currently employed as a Lead Business Analyst(Total Exp:6 Years) at a US-based edtech company with a fixed CTC of 25 LPA. My skill set includes Tableau, SQL, Python, Automations, Statistical Analysis, and Stakeholder Management. Lately, I've noticed a lack of substantial job calls, and the few I've received are capped at ~27 LPA. Some recruiters even claim that I'm already in a higher salary band, which I believe might not be accurate. Show case our projects on which J have been worked on such as Dashboards created using Tableau/POWER Bi & some key skills to show case SQL,Python Knowledge also.
