I'm using it for the past year plus. It's good if you don't have life altering expectations from it. Does its job very well, but the metrics read are not absolute; but an indicator to help you with decisions.

I generally tell people to check built-in error with all these wearables. For example - Apple Watch usually show higher calories burn against more sophisticated laboratory setups.

Selling my Ultrahuman Ring Air (Titanium color, size 7)

Hi all, I am looking to sell my Ultrahuman ring. I bought it a few months back but I realized that it is redundant for my lifestyle as I already have an Apple Watch to keep track of my fitness. Don't get me wrong, the ring is pretty good to keep track of overall lifestyle (sleep, stress, caffeine intake, etc), but not great to keep track of exercises. Oura sues Ultrahuman for copying it's technology!

Seems like Ultrahuman had started focusing on the US market (because India is saturated after a point). Oura must've sued them to limit competition, and because a lot of things were too similar. Anyone knows more here?
