The hiring scene is so bad RN man, and why tf every company I get offer to seems toxic af as per the current and ex employees. So tough to find the right ones

Tax season coming up and I’m dreading the process - as usual will be some last minute hash job and a big tax bill to pay 😒😒 any suggestions on how to manage better?
