oh. gist: op took a loan of 60k, didn’t pay emi on the first of the month, told folks that he’ll pay it by 15th of the month, they agreed. recovery folks verbally started abusing on chat from the 13th of the month. although op paid their due, op warned how bad navi recovery team is and advised people to stay away
Yes They've a dedicated floor in their office for these recovery People. It's a different vibe over there.... Everyone is shouting abuses on calls to customers. Telling them we know where you live etc
