Got terminated, but what to say on interview.
Hey there. Recently I got terminated from a big company due to performance issues according to them but I don't agree with them as I know what effort i have put in and what works I did there. If an interviewer ask a reason for leaving your last job, what should I say there?

Add that the work given didn’t match your interests and the role you are now applying for is definitely exciting :)

Unless until they aren’t putting poor performance on paper, you can always tell “layoffs”. It’s trending and shouldn’t be a major concern.
I just got a certificate mentioning my work period. Don't they do any background check with previous company?
