To all the Googlers out there How is the work culture and WLB at Google post layoffs. Also have there been any changes. - What is the usual increment percentage/hike they give annually - Do they give Stock refresher every year Please mention your YOE too
not at Google any more but used to be there once upon a time
Most of my friends report the culture has gotten much tougher/harder. Prolly still miles better than many other companies tho. Google will always be Google
Increment percentages for most people were on the lower side. Stock refreshers were also low. But this could just be my 4-5 friends' experience. yes they do give stock refreshers every year
