Just use strings bro, just standardize the data though before storing. Like don’t end up having data like Male, MALE, male etc

Companies coming for placement are selecting more Girls than boys this year. Any specific reason ?

I am from a Tier 1 college and we've our placement season going on. A lot of companies are visiting our campus and we noticed companies are recruiting more girls than boys. Even though they are less skilled. I am not against their empowerment or want to dominate them. I am just being curious over here. Any few findings from HR Dept.?
