Mumbai has been a shitty place since 80s. Every city is being systematically destroyed. Why crib now?. These people will start cribbing every time bjp government is in place.
@Qwerty2398 If you listen to it open mindedly and without Bias . you will understand he is not blaming BJP , he is asking why have we become so pathetic, that government think of so less of us that even if they dont provide what they want they know after bringing some petty issues they will win.. I know this local train probelm is from decades but it should be solved na brother..
@silent_applause - I did see the video. Its doesn't blame BJP explicitly. But the video being published withina day of the accident smacks of politics. He could have waited for a week or more, to see if any action is taken. Most likely nothing will happen. But these kind of videos are published with an intent to show one particular party in bad light.
I do agree these should be solved and it can be solved only if highlighted. But its the selective highlighting that makes me cynical about their intentions.
Question the government only if it's non-BJP. DONT question the government/municipality etc if it's BJP or BJP supported. This is the new definition of Democracy. Many people had complained about possibility of accident before the collapse but no action was taken. But don't worry enjoy as Ache Din have arrived.

Yes because we as citizens think that political leaders are God's and VIPs. We don't have a culture of holding the political class accountable for their shity actions. We don't ask them questions after electing them. No pressure from the Janta.
Unfortunately somewhere along the way we have normalised to "accept" such events without asking the authorities or the people responsible why it took 14 lives for someone to identify that the hoarding was illegally placed.

@lolwa 100% true..A Narrative has been set nowadays to show people who ask questions , people who want their rights to be treated as Brainwashed and in many a cases claim them as traitor.. This "Chalta hai" mindset only hit you when there is a personal loss and you will go and protest and then the other people will see your protest and say "Let them do protest" "Chalta hai" apne pe bitegi to dekhenge ... Sad but true..
Actually. Bmc knew about it is what they are claiming. They said they have been sharing notices about this hoarding to the company for past 1 year. Why the f did they wait 1 year? Isn't it stupid? There are 2 things that could've happened -
If the same thing would have happened in Bihar, this would just have been a meme. Mumbai folks’ life still have some value I guess. I have seen memes with literally titles like “marega Bihar, tabhi to badhega India”. It has never been government who doesn’t value us, it’s us. We are worms, each an every people of India are same. We just want to eat one another and I guess nobody can change this.
@Nobody420 The sad part is the journalist is saying the same thing , its not about people died in Mumbai and people die in Bihar. Its about why we have become so pathetic that any party who comes to power dont want to work for us and know that during elections we will give them petty and communal issues and these chutiyas will vote for us anyways...
For Bihar: It is really disheartening to see whom ever they vote nitish comes to power and both the allied party Congress and Bhartiya Janta Party are the sole reason why Bihar is in this state.. They just want to make government anyhow even if they have to shake hand with that "Paltu Nitish Kumar" .. Thats the journalist is saying that we are just fucking insects in eyes of the ruling .government...
