Do Lokal provide Full time opportunity to their interns?

Recently, I got a call from Lokal for their Android Intern + FTE role. They said that after successfully completing the internship, they might give a Full time opportunity based on performance. But I heard from few of my friends that Lokal doesn't provide any Full time opportunity even if someone performs well during the internship period. I'm not sure if it's true, can anyone confirm this?
