Swiggy has become pathetic now a days. If Zomato can bring down min order cost to 149rs then it will almost kill Swiggy

I don’t agree to this.

Things you do When you get listed... To keep yourself up. Swiggy can be bad but not this bad. Paid PR for sure.

Looks fabricated. Swiggy app is smooth as hell and haven't faced any issues with it. I use Zomato enterprise in office for lunch as well. Zomato seems to have improved a lot but still the app is pretty heavy.

I think they are head to head except maybe their presence in certain smaller tiered cities

I just know one thing.

Swiggy p gst and packaging fee are a fraud. Every outlet has started charging 20-30 bucks for wrapping up the food in a paper bag. As if it costs so much to do that. And it’s clear swiggy tells them to cos the discounts aren’t applicable on that. Then swiggy charges gst even for restaurants which have “inclusive of taxes” pricing. Of course all this after markup in the online menus cos swiggy charges 28-30% from restaurants, which are ultimately paid by consumers.

Zomato doesn’t do these things to the same extent.
