Haha there can’t be that much difference.

Swiggy has become pathetic now a days. If Zomato can bring down min order cost to 149rs then it will almost kill Swiggy

But i have noticed Zomato customer service improving and Swiggy CS deteriorating in the past 6 months. I have gold and swiggyone

Things you do When you get listed... To keep yourself up. Swiggy can be bad but not this bad. Paid PR for sure.

Looks fabricated. Swiggy app is smooth as hell and haven't faced any issues with it. I use Zomato enterprise in office for lunch as well. Zomato seems to have improved a lot but still the app is pretty heavy.

I think they are head to head except maybe their presence in certain smaller tiered cities
