The notification cannot even be removed. Is this some virus or hacking or stupid bug?

i get regular grapevine post notifications on iphone lockscreen , when i tap and open it doesnt redirect to the post mentioned in notification. Why are these poking me to read the one which i couldnt find. solution ?!
