His arrogance is reasonable. He raised funds to build self driven EV vehicle from scratch, catches a falling rocket, made a billion $ purchase and had the balls to make it free speech arena.

Maybe he achieved in his life,so are you, being human is itself a wonderful gift and there is a saying , grass is always greener on the other side. I read a tweet, where it said that Indians lack innovative thinking. Our elite are basically rent seekers. When I see people like Elon musk, Reed hasting, it just reinforces that thought. Of course we will blame the licence Raj and our system for all problems. But the same problems didn't stop guys like dirubai Ambani, TvS. It's going to take atleast another 50-60 years before we start critical thinking.

Even Indians who left india to the west have not been able to succeed as innovative businessman. Their success has always been limited to being a high profile worker.
