Does absconding hamer job search and career?

Hi to all the working professionals, Kindly help me with some advice. I am currently working in a Fintech company(IT) for last 2 years. The work environment here is quite toxic and I am under a bond which ends after 6 more months. But now I feel the water has crossed the line and I am not able to bear the toxicity and pressure. I can't pay the bond amount but rather I can't even stay here anymore. I am thinking of absconding them. Will it really affect my career and will getting jobs get difficult? Considering I have a good skill set.

As the majority suggests not to abscond, what do you guys think should be a better approach to this situation? Where I am trying to give my 100% yet the organisation fails to recognise it due to their lack of professionalism. Is slow quitting a good idea? Kindly share some experience. @MightyLazyGeekStar @B4Consultant @JackReacher86

Quiet quitting and do not give 100%. Save the rest for yourself. Be done with 2yrs and find another job

Take all the sick leaves and PL leaves: that will reduce you 6 months

Do not abscond. I don't think so bonds are enforceable. Try to negotiate. Why to waste 1.5 yrs of experience?

It would be a red flag in bgv.
