Is it okay to workout when you slept only for 3 hours in the night? What kind of exercises are okay to do?
NEVER EVER Compromise on your sleep
Its simply not worth it
Messes up your mental health , energy levels, social battery, skin quality, digestion, and even hormones to a certain extent (cant vouch for female hormones as I am a guy, but I did feel the hormonal instability once I started neglecting my sleep)
A few days is fine But the moment you let yourself chronically mess up your sleep cycle under the pretext of productivity, you'll start to realize how fragile the human body is.
Trust me , I have been there and it has been a nightmare to get back on track. I hope you guys never go through what I went through :)
As adults, we have very few avenues of joy anyway, and sleep I believe is one of them so fall in love with your sound sleep !!!!!!!!!!
Great advice. Also completely give up alcohol and smoking. Its sad to see how many people have such high dependency on it and can’t even go a day without it. If confronted- they’re excuse is that is just our way of unwinding after a long week/day. Well good luck in your 30’s but once they reach 40+, body and mind clearly shows the difference between people who don’t use these substances. I have personally seen it in my family so no amount of lame logic can convince me otherwise.
Agree but not sure how super active people like Elon musk stay productive inspite of less than 8 hrs sleep? I saw in one of the videos that he sleep late around 1 or 2 am and wakes up at 7 am, many times in the Tesla factory sleeping over a couch? How is he so productive then?
We Indians would believe anything and everything said by someone who is either rich/white/influencial/powerful and Elon is a terrific combo of all these traits.
We have absolutely no way of verifying if he is lying or not.
Outliers do exist. But those are rare. Please dont believe every motivational quote that you find on the internet :)
It mostly impacts your focus levels and energy levels inside gym too, hit the gym with 8hr of sleep and the workout seems pretty insane
