While the company is doing absolutely poorly and laying off people left right and centre, the two so-called founders are on vacation to the US chilling and hanging out with people.
It's a disgrace that the Indian startup ecosystem has founders like them who are busy expanding their social and financial status at the cost of employee wellbeing and mental health.
What a disappointment.
Unacademy is famous and hence gets this wrath. There are so many startups with founders vacationing in the US/Dubai while a complete layer of leadership is wiped out in India

All the portfolio company of Softbank (Unacademy is one of them) is called to be in SF to me GenAI greats like Open AI/Anthropic etc.
Respect your thoughts or anger looking at sad state of company and founder behaviour, but there comes a time when founders and company get detached. Post that what happens in company may not directly relate to what happens in founder’s life.
For companies of such scale, irrespective of their profitability, founders have given up a lot to be where they are today. I guess they deserve something more relative to other employees.
